Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
When selecting the "Bank Transfer" payment method, we ask you to transfer the invoice amount in advance. After receipt of your payment (1-2 days), we will ship your order within minutes.

Purchase on Invoice

Digital products such as software licenses, product keys and downloads are provided immediately after payment receipt via email or through our customer portal (softwareshop24.com/portal) or in the customer account under "Product Codes & Licenses".
- Delivery time: Immediately after payment confirmation (usually within minutes)
- Shipping costs: All digital deliveries are free
- Delivery delay: In case of delays, delivery will be made within 24 hours at the latest
Physical Products
If you order physical products (e.g. retail versions, boxed versions), the following shipping conditions apply:
- Shipping service: DHL, UPS, Hermes or DPD (depending on availability and destination country)
- Delivery areas: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries
- Delivery time: 2-5 working days within Germany, 5-10 working days internationally
- Shipping costs: Displayed during the ordering process
